Gwen occupies the 1928 building in Hollywood that previously was the Mercantile restaurant. It’s a 7,000 square foot space that encompasses the butcher shop, an open kitchen and dining room downstairs, a mezzanine wine room and a state-of-the-art test kitchen on the second floor.
